Guarantee
*One-Year Plant Guarantee
We want to assure you that the plants you purchase are of high
quality and value. Therefore, we extend the following guarantee for
trees and shrubs sold by our Garden Center:
- Plants carry a one-year survival guarantee from the purchase date (flowers and vegetables excluded)
- In the event that Heirloom Gardens and Interior Decor was responsible for the planting, a plant claimed on its guarantee will be replaced with an equivalent plant
- In the event that a customer was responsible for the planting, a plant claimed on its guarantee will be replaced with an equivalent plant at 1/2 the cost of the original
- Only the original purchase will be guaranteed Replacements are not guaranteed
- The receipt must accompany the returned plant in order for the guarantee to be honored
- The guarantee is excluded from acts of nature (i.e. flood, drought, hail, fire, severe freeze, etc.), neglect, or other events beyond the company’s control
